Kevin Kinsella is the President of the Chaos group of Canada, a company targeting industry leadership in the area of high tech forensics. He provides leadership excellence guiding the overall vision of the company in marketing, partnerships, alliance programs and supplier relationships.

Availability

We are accessible to our clients 24 hours a day. We always respond in a timely manner depending upon the service involved. Physical security order desks will respond within one business day to calls made outside normal business hours and immediately to calls received during the business day. We will respond to manage services clients immediately. We review technology on a regular basis and take advantage of any appropriate advances to upgrade our communications resources.

Confidentiality

Client information is treated with the utmost respect. Our employees can access client information only on a need-to-know basis. Information is never shared with other clients and it is never released to external organizations without the express permission of the client. We believe the protection of client information to be one of our most important duties.
