The Employee Reliability Index Helps Ensure Astute Hiring Decisions
It’s in the news everywhere these days: High-risk employees have cost businesses tens of thousands, even millions, of dollars. The ERI test can reveal whether a current job candidate is low-risk or high-risk based on seven different standards.
The Employee Reliability Index (ERI), measures reliability rules including established safety and attendance procedures. Using the 80% rule, it has no prejudicial impact on race, gender, or age. The ERI test usually takes fewer than 20 minutes to complete. Using our online version, an immediate computer printout of each job applicant’s results suggests areas to explore during your pre-employment interview with the candidate.
